 30. DAZAI OSAMU (BONGOU STARY DOGS):

Osamu Dazai, former Executive of the Port Mafia now is a member of the Armed Detective Agency. Dazai is a mysterious person, his true intentions are never revealed unless he reveals them. The person who got closest to the truth of his personality, as acknowledged by Dazai himself, was his friend Sakunosuke Oda, who recognized that Dazai shall linger in the darkness forever, as there was nearly nothing that can surpass his mind. Oda knew that no place in the world could fill Dazai's loneliness.

In addition, Dazai kept an enigmatic and dark façade, whose endeavors in the Mafia were unrivaled and eventually earned him the status as the youngest leader in the history of the Mafia.

29. AOMINE DAIKI (KUROKO NO BASKET):

Daiki Aomine was the ace player of the renowned Generation of Miracles and was the former partner of Kuroko in Teikō. He currently plays as the ace and power forward of Tōō Academy. He and Kagami have sworn rivals after their clashes in the Interhigh preliminaries and in the Winter Cup. Aomine's brown skin is darker than most of the other characters. He has navy blue hair that is quite short. Before he gained immeasurable strength, Aomine was outgoing and even friendly. He often fooled around with

Kuroko and Kise. Momoi stated that the old Aomine was very similar to Kagami; he loved playing basketball and was very good at it too. However, he kept training and getting stronger.

 28. AKASHI SEIJURO (KUROKO NO BASKET):

Seijūrō Akashi is the point guard and captain of Rakuzan High and later on for Team Vorpal Swords as well. He was the captain and feared leader of the Generation of Miracles. Akashi Seijuro has a rather small stature for someone who has captained the Generation of Miracles, as noted by Furihata, at only 173 cm tall, making him the shortest out of the Generation of Miracles. Akashi when first appearing in the series is shown with an extremely intimidating and condescending personality. He is able to control the Generation of Miracles as their leader as they all submit to his requests. Akashi has a certain level of respect for all of his teammates, former and present, and has utter faith in their abilities. Due to the way Akashi grew up during childhood, he developed a strong winners-mentality.

Ryomen Sukuna is a mighty cursed spirit known as the undisputed King of Curses. According to a legend, during the golden age of jujutsu over 1,000 years ago, Sukuna was an Imaginary Demon. Sukuna is selfish, cold-hearted, immoral, and exceptionally sadistic. When he was reincarnated shortly after Yuji ingested his finger, he commented, implying the slaughter of women and children and likening them to maggots crawling around.  26. AIZEN SOSUKE (BLEACH):

Sōsuke Aizen is the former captain of the 5th Division in the Gotei 13. He later leaves Soul Society with his followers, Gin Ichimaru and Kaname Tōsen. His lieutenant was Momo Hinamori. He formerly served as the lieutenant of the 5th Division under Shinji Hirako. After waging war against Soul Society with an army of Arrancar, Aizen was defeated by Ichigo Kurosaki and sealed away by Kisuke Urahara, and then imprisoned for his crimes.

Yuujirou Hanma is Baki and Jack Hanma's father. He is the primary antagonist of the entire Baki franchise. Yuujiro is the son of Yuuichiro Hanma and also the strongest character in the series thus far. Yuujiro works as a highly-paid freelance mercenary and assassin for various governments and organizations. It is unknown how much people or organizations pay him to do his mercenary job but judging from his expensive taste, it is extremely high.
